Far Away Dreams: One of Avon's better fragrances

Advantages: smell is lovely, cheap, long lasting

Disadvantages: It's the sort of fragrance I can imagine being 'love it/hate it'

I got a bottle of Avon Far Away Dreams for my birthday from my mam who is an Avon rep. I get Avon perfume pretty much every birthday and every Christmas, so I've had a lot of experience of Avon fragrances, and in general I find them very hit and miss, so I never know quite what to expect.

none that I have noticed--no skin irritation.

Details
I am a white 30 year old female and have the t-zone combo oily type skin. I have age related sun spots on my forehead. Friends would also refer to them as new freckles since I did not have them when I was younger. I purchased this product by chance not really researching any others(or this one) and being the typical anti-aging consumer, hoped this would work. I would have to say that the spots have significantly faded over two months time and I have only used one quarter of the 2.5 ounce jar. I'm very pleased and will continue to use this product until the spots have completely faded then discontinue use as the directions indicate. In the future I will be a more educated consumer and check out sites like this one before buying any product, even though I happened to be very lucky with this specific product!

Conclusions
I would highly recommend this product.

Skin Care Review: Avon Advanced Retexturizing Peel

Details
I really like how easy it is to apply the peel and how gentle but effective it is. You apply the peel using a pad that is pre-soaked in the peel solution. There is plenty on the pad for your face and neck. I rub any extra on the top part of my hands to help exfoliate and soften them as well.

What I especially like is how effective it is. Within a day or two, fine layers of skin start to peel or flake off. Mosturizer hides it and helps with the process. It is recommended that you use it every other day, but I found that after the first few weeks, you can stretch this time out a bit. I would also recommend Avon's Micro-Exfoliant face scrub for helping remove the dry skin after using the peel. It is the best scrub that I've tried. It contains a LOT of very fine and granular scrubbing beads - not just a few bumpy grains in a primarily lotion based product.

Conclusions
I would highly recommend these two Avon products and I am NOT an Avon rep.
